During the entire period of this project, KENET provided both technical and administrative support to the students enrolled under the project, members of faculty and faculty assistants. KENET network administrator visited the Marsabit open Learning center for women from 6th to 9th September 2008 to assess the levels of computer literacy of the students and also to undertake a survey of the computer lab. The second visit to assess the progress of the students happened June, 2010.

In August, 2011 KENET engineers travelled to the center in Marsabit to set up wireless network for internet access at the center.
